Shipping Policy

  2. Change without a notice or change if PostNord changes fees.
  3.  Your use of this website and any service contained within constitutes acceptance of this Shipping Policy in full.
  4. By clicking on the “Continue to checkout” button, you agree that you have read, understand, and accept the iSmokeKing Terms and conditions and Shipping Policy.
  5. If you should have any shipping problems please be aware that these stipulations are strictly adhered to and our staff do not have the authority to change iSmokeKing policy. We appreciate your continued custom and sincerely hope that you never experience any shipping problems. Please be considered when discussing shipping matters and understand that we as a company uphold the highest standards of service but can on occasion be let down by third party handling companies.
  6. iSmokeKing does not hold any responsibility for additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees and/or any restrictions that countries have placed. The customer must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. We do not cover expenses in the event you have to pay import duty stipulated in your country. We do not bear liability if a ban is imposed on importing electronic cigarettes and/or nicotine cartridges, and/or other electronic cigarette assemblage in your country.
  7. Please make sure whether your country allows the import of electronic cigarettes, nicotine/nicotine free cartridges or other electronic cigarette parts before placing your order.
  8.  iSmokeKing does not bear liability in the event of delay of the goods in any force majeure circumstances.
  9. iSmokeKing take no responsibility for items which are shipped successfully but fail to arrive due to the failings of the shipping company.


  1. All international orders are shipped via Post Nord or DHL unless otherwise specified.
  2. Orders placed using standard shipment methods are the responsibility of the customer.
  3. If ‘Standard’ Delivery option is selected, we will not be able to accept responsibility for lost or missing parcels with this method of delivery. Under Standard delivery, if your parcel is lost in the postage system by a third party delivery service, the cost of your item/s will not be covered by iSmokeKing. Should you wish your item/s to be protected from loss/theft, we would recommend a tracked/insured option.
    NOTE: Postnord will now drop off varubrev (standard shipping) at the door or mailbox. If you pick this alternative you accept this type of delivery.
  4. Estimated delivery time to your country depends on your location. We try to send all shipments on the same day as the order is placed.

For Sweden we estimate 2 – 5 work days.

For Norway 4 – 8 days.  However, your package may be taken in by customs for a rutine inspection. This will delay the delivery. Please refer to the Customs information in the Norwegian FAQ for more information.

Please allow up to 37 days of shipping time due to variable shipping delays from PostNord. We can not guarantee delivery time for a third party service. If your package has not arrived in 37 days please contact us.

For the rest of Europe: 1 – 2 weeks.

Shipping outside of the Euro-zone may take longer up to 37 days.
