At the risk of sounding snobby, the dark and slightly woody flavor of Wine Red is probably best on its own. If you must contribute to the formula, however, we recommend adding mild fruit and herb flavors, or adding sweetness with a less dry-tasting grape. A little bit of Wine Red goes a long way to complement desserts such as Tiramisu.
