Which e-cigarette/vape should I choose?

Which e-cigarette is best for me?
Different e-cigarettes have different features, so it is important to know what your needs are. Some parameters to take into account includes: vapor production, flavor intensity and imitation of a “regular” cigarette.

Do you want to quit smoking for real?
Once you’ve taken the plunge and decided to quit smoking, it’s important not to go back. Depending on your previous smoking habits, you may need different nicotine strength juices to prevent you from starting to smoke again.
If you have previously smoked a lot (1 pack/day), we recommend that you start with a nicotine strength of 18mg and then work your way down to 12mg, 6mg, etc. until you find the level that suits you best.
